Overall service was great, but I requested a car wash and never got the car wash
The service staff has a no care attitude every time I go in for service. Service advisors using the F word which I feel is very unprofessional and unwanted language in that setting. Wish they would treat customers like that appreciate us customers.

I visited twice within 7 days and asked for a piece of my sunroof to be reattached both times, it’s just a rubber piece that is flapping, I reminded them both times and it still is not done.
I purchased my vehicle here. There's some new staff and some I recognize from previous visits. Jovan was nice and explained to me any additional services recommended. He answered any questions I had and let me know how long to expect for my vehicle to be ready.

I felt like tried to sell me services I did not need. Told me my battery failed and wanted to sell me a new battery. When I declined, he then ai it did not fail. That was mistake. Hmmmm. Also told me I needed an oil additive that ended up costing $89. Ridiculous. I don't like all the automated messages. What happened to speaking voice to voice with customers? I received a recall notice in the mail from David Wilson Toyota and then was told by Eduardo that there wasn't a recall on my vehicle. Another hmmmm? Was this some sort of scam to get me into service. And then a salesperson called me wanting to appraise my call for A trade in. I was not interested. Dealership feels slimmy now. Did not used to feel like that.
