Moses has continued the wonderful service I have always gotten from Toyota in Morgantown.

I changed from ford to Toyota due to my friend, Tish Harvey , who bought her car there and lived the service. She is correct. Probably the last business with consistent good service. Blaine is an excellent voice for your dealership. Very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule via text and reminders encase I needed to change my appointment.
Rodney always does a great job! He's personable, friendly & customer oriented. Personally, I believe he could hsndle much more than y'all have him doing. He's a really great team member for Jeff Murray who, by the way, is awesome! You should be thankful they're both dedicated members of your team.

Rodney Lambert is top tier for service and feedback. Any headache he’s quickly corrected, and provides knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly customer service. He has become the only reason that I continue to return to Moses for Toyota vehicle maintenance. If/when he leaves I’ll definitely take my business to Dan Cava

Blaine did a great job. He was knowledgeable, thorough, prepared, and polite. He demonstrated a high level of customer satisfaction.
Blaine was very helpful and kept me updated and informed over the last month dealing with this issue. Extremely disappointed in the fact that she I arrived to pick the car up after a very expensive fix that it is still was not fixed. While I understand some parts may not be working appropriately, i would hope that the fix was looked at and tested prior to saying the car was fixed. Again thankful for Blaine and his assistance.

I’ve spoken to several people about my experience, but have been disregarded. We are tentative to return, which is unfortunate because we have two Toyotas and a Lexus. Moses Morgantown is our closest Toyota dealer and it would be nice to feel comfortable having service done there / buy vehicles there.
