I was there for my 55,000 mile service. It was only a tire rotation. Tire’s I bought from Toyota. I paid $38. Any other place I’ve bought tires from have given free tire rotations when tires are purchased from that store and rotations were kept up. I bring my vehicle in for every regular maintenance and felt there should be a charge for a tire rotation. Then when I left the gentleman that checked me out told me the wrong place to gind my vehicle so I wandered around the lot until I found my van. This never happened at University Toyota. This isn’t making me want to buy my next vehicle from Moses.

Blaine has been very helpful during my last two visits to Moses Toyota. I appreciate his concern regarding my 2015 Sienna Van’s issues. His level of customer care is exemplary. Derek was super helpful. I hadn’t been to the service center since it’s been under new ownership. Sitting waiting on my vehicle everyone that walked past me was super friendly and asked if I needed anything. The snack area looked way nice and upgraded.
