My experience with Richard and his manager Lisa was honestly one of the worse experiences with a dealership or mechanic in my 20 plus years of owning a vehicle. Not only do I still not have my car back but I was forced to give back a loaner. The dealership charged me a lot of money for extended warranty’s and lifetime oil changes In which i was treated quite poorly. The least the dealership could have done for me was to give me a loaner until my issue was actually resolved and the extended warranty company made a decision on my engine replacement. I have a busy life, a family and a child on the way. This entire situation has given me so much stress and anxiety with no end in site as my car is not complete with the fix and your dealership washed your brands with the entire situation.

Terrell Wallace was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with a smile and did not rush us off even though he had other customers waiting on him. Absolutely happy with his service. Hopefully I get him again when I go back to service my Toyota again. Really happy with how kind he was to us!
Amanda was fantastic! Great customer service skills and knowledgeable. She explained in details the kind of service my vehicle needed on this visit and a few that I’ll keep in mind for next time. She’s been the best advisor I had in all these years that I’ve been visiting Wesley Chapel Toyota.

I asked for the "flow shut off vlave coolant leak" notice to be addressed, as that was the letter we received.It was not addressed. Instead recall 23TA15 was addressed. Thank you for that however, what about the flow shut off valve?
