Neil, your manager was horrible. I never wanna deal with him ever in life. He did not look happy to be there at all. He did not exhibit the service I’m used to there. He was rude and I am not happy about it. I’ve never experienced that at this location. I was on my lunch dropping my car off and of course I’m using my phone and he was rude about me being on my phone when I was trying to multitask talking to him as well as the person on the other end when I was clearly telling the person on the other end that I needed to get off the phone and I was trying to complete what I was doing that had to do with my Online business. So I was trying to multitask. He was so rude and the person on the other hand, heard that they basically hung up and then called me back! Really did not like his Customer Service really did not feel like I was appreciated there and felt like I was being treated this way because I was using Toyota care! He was just very rude. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. I was shocked because I’ve never had an unpleasant experience at this location. I always have the best things to say, but not today! If he didn’t wanna come to work, he should’ve used a sick day. That’s how I feel. Luckily someone took over I didn’t get that person‘s name, but I’ve been coming since before the great service advisor manager passed away! Usually everybody regardless of work looks very happy and that’s not what I experienced today
