Excellent service by my advisor - very pleased at the experience
I was told my car had been fixed with the problems I described and i noticed the next day that it was still the same nothing had been fixed then i was told by David that they were gonna replace the bottom underneath cover at no charge since the car was sold to me like that then i get a call the next day saying sorry it didn’t get approved plus the rotors are warped only had the car one week and already all kinds of problems with it. As a returning customer i am not happy at all.

To Whom It May Concern: I waited too long today for a tire change - nearly 4 hours when I had an appointment at 10:45 AM (I was not a walk-in). I only got an update when I checked in with someone. This always seems to be the case when I'm there. I find myself having to find someone for an update. I shouldn't have had to wait this long for a tire change - I'm already paying $212.69 for the tire replacement so some urgency with service would be appreciated.
