When I scheduled the new car 5K check up I was told it’d be “about 30 minutes”. When I got there to check in, it was hard to get one of the four people to ask me if I needed help. When I finally was asked and completed check in, I was told it’d probably be an “hour or so”. 2 hours later I see my car outside and asked what was up. The lady said “I’m completing paperwork” and 5 minutes later was finally given my car. Very poor communication

I called Car Shield this morning, told the lady I wanted to go to Toyota. She made the call to the service department, made all the arrangements and told me to ask for Ray. Best person everrr! He was kind, knowledgeable, confident and made sure the job was done the same day. Awesome job Ray, well done!!

No question is just a simple question!I do believe that Mr.Hunter is trying to do his job to the best of his ability, however my issue with my brand new vehicle is over his head.I will be dealing with Mr. Bath going forward to resolve this issue. IThank you.I do have to question the overall level of customer service. Training in all areas needs to improve, and employees need to assist their coworkers, and know when to ask for help. Don't put money b4 the customer. Without customers you won't have money!

I’m happy that the issue was resolved, but I’m not happy about the technicians leaving my car pulled a loose, where they had to check the sensors, and my app isn’t working on my phone, bc/ they never changed the settings back to normal! They still have my car as if, my car is still getting maintenance on it, so therefore I can’t use my app on my phone! Not happy at all about that, bc/ that means that I have to take another trip to Toyota for them to change the settings back to where I can use my app again
