Mr Guidry was a bit unwelcoming & unfriendly during my visit there today. If it weren’t for the Parts Manager & Parts Associate, my visit would have been awful today. When I arrived at the service center today, I was expecting someone to greet me and check my car in , like I’ve had at several other maintenance visits at this service center. Not only did Mr Guidry and the other service employee who was sitting alongside him not come outside to greet me & check my car into service, but Mr Guidry also stated that this is now the way they do things here at Toyota. I had to come inside to get checked in when I saw that Mr Guidry and the other service associate who was working with him today went outside to check other customers in. Im not sure because I was the first customer there this morning, but it definitely wasn’t the welcoming experience I am used to at this location. Additionally, I initially wanted to use two of the Toyota coupons I received in the mail for my visit today. Mr Guidry told me I couldn’t use more than one coupon per visit , and also misquoted a price of an 4 wheel alignment for me. If it weren’t for the Parts Manager & Parts Associate talking to me and fixing the situation so that that both coupons (one for my oil change & one for my alignment) could be honored today, my visit would have been horrible. Mr Guidry wasn’t very friendly , or helpful. I’m not sure how things are being ran in the service department as of recently, but this type of customer service is unacceptable. I’ve been a frequent customer of this Toyota dealership for 5 years now, and today was my worse experience ever. You all need to really have a conversation with Mr Guidry and teach him correct customer service skills if you all want to retain your customer base at this location.

Came in for tire rotation and maintenance required, to be reset, left with maintenance required still on, had to come back to reset, didn’t put sticker to let know next service do

My appointment was for 8:30am. My car was not service until 11am. What is the purpose of scheduling a service appointment if the technicians do not follow appointment times. ???? They have you sit and wait from 8:30 to 12 noon for a routine oil change service.

Made an appointment and waited from 11:00am-2:00pm (which 2:00 is closing time on a Saturday) and the only things that got done was the regular maintenance work (oil change, tire rotation etc.) and i was also there for the two tires that needed to be fixed (one re-patched and the other had an egg which the tire that needed to be re-patched was not and i ended up going somewhere else to get that fixed and they got me in and out and still no problems.) He said he was waiting for approval from someone else , guessing a higher up to continue with the two tires i needed fixing since i had the 3 package deal and that did not get done due to them not approving it in time . He said to come back Monday and which i did and he did mention he was backed up but would try to squeeze me in which he did and that also took forever from (3:00pm-5 something pm and he was there later than closing so i do appreciate that as well.) Not trying to throw Mr. Raymond under the bus but the work itself took a while and I'm assuming to them being backed up . This was my first bad experience with ya’ll, every time before this i was always in and out. Im not sure what changed wether there was not a-lot of people working in the back or due to the fact that I had that package and did not have to pay out of pocket and so they just pushed me to the side Im not exactly sure .

I had an appointment. 3hours for a 10,000 mile checkup is ridiculous. Also why don't you set the display back to the original settings? If I ever need serious work I will take it to another Toyota dealer. You guys are ok for the free oil changes but other than that how can I take you seriously.
