When I came to pick up my vehicle the process was lengthy and I left with no paperwork and no service sticker in the car.
Excellent service. Ray was top notch.
I was overly charged for the replacement for the serpentine belt. I was told $200+ and I declined the replacement. Then someone from Toyota called saying it was a mistake and then the price changed to $64. Mistakes as such shouldn’t happen because it took me to say something for that error to be corrected. Other than that I’m pleased with the speedy repair of the faulty alternator.

Although I am satisfied with Ray Guidry I still can’t understand the repeat engine leaks and them not being related . He really explained it to me but I guess it’s me and the coincidence. I know my car is old ! Also after spending the money I spent my car was dirty on the floor part where you step in as well as my driver door on the inside and the steering wheel - I guess dried oil . Ray took care of it when I told him . I was on my way to work and dressed. That’s unacceptable . I would recommend Ray though because he is knowledgeable, professional and personable . No one should receive their car like that .

Good service car was finished sooner then expected The only thing was the mechanic who changed the oil put the new sticker right over my old sticker on the windshield. I assumed the old was taken off and replaced by the new. Other then that all was great
I don't see the sense of making a appointment then having to wait long after a given time. Appointment was for 7:30am and didn't get done til about 11am. Was told it was going to take 1 1/2 hours , then alot of people came way after me.

What was accomplished (tune-up) was done flawlessly? The car is purring like a kitten. However, there was a mix-ip in the delivery of duplicate sets of front window gaskets for the driver’s side of the car. There should have been a passenger side set delivered as well. A second key fob was ordered and on site (but overlooked), and not programed or delivered when I came to retrieve the car. I will need to return next week to get the the passenger side window gasket and key fob programming work completed. Another long wait, no doubt. TSK!
