No communication from service provider. Did not return my calls. My windshield was broken during service and no body told me about until the moment i visited the workshop to check on my car.
Willie was great once I was able to get in touch. I was notified via the text service that my part was in. I replied to the text several times to no response. Additionally, I called the dealership about 10 separate times throughout the day was sent to the service line and sent to voicemail each time or just sat on a line that rung with no answer. Whenever I got the operator they just sent me to the service line where no one answered. I had to drive to the dealership and hope they would have time to fit me in for my repair because I could not get through to contact a person to schedule an appointment.
Everything I asked for was not done. Very simple request. Then I was told I would have to bring my vehicle back to the dealership.

Almost 6 hours for an appointment to change oil and fix a flat. After 5 hours was told they couldn't find leak. When I asked them to check again because I have to add 10-15 lbs of air every day they said they found 2 holes and would warranty tire. Waited an hour for warranty "approval". When I asked Carlos about approval process and why it was taking so long I was told there should be no waiting. So it is clear I was being messed with because if my annoyance with waiting almost 6 hours for an oil change. Also I haven't driven the vehicle since it was serviced and the right front, that never had a leak has been leaking since the afternoon of the service day. There are all sorts of possibilities of what happened here..........
Service was timely and complete.
Was surprised with the estimate but I know it will be repaired with the right parts and I’m sure I’ll be satisfied

I was completely satisfied with my entire experience! Lorenzo was amazing and very knowledgeable about his vehicles!!! I received the best trade in value on my vehicle and they made it a seamless transaction into my newer vehicle! I will recommend Toyota of New Orleans to everyone!!
I was supposed to receive a phone call about checking the tire pressure sensors that are malfunctioning and I was never called and the issue was never addressed. I also requested the driver side door lock ve checked and that was never addressed either.
Willie was fantastic. Kept me informed the whole time. May check in and check out of breeze.
The hood wasn’t locked down properly. The light came on in the car, that what made me stop and take a look at it. Once I was driving about 15 minutes, the brake light came on again, and the AB light came on. I hate to say it, I am not satisfied at all. I am hoping and praying, that your staff can make this right. I will be trying to reach you in the morning. Have a good evening.
