I was told that the coupon would be valid for both of my vehicles but when I came there, I was told it wasn't. I felt tricked. And the manager - he said he was the manager - denied everything. He didn't care that I was told this, he didn't care that this was the case last time we got our cars serviced there. No, I am not happy at all.

Working with Wille was great. He was polite and knowledgeable. I had an appointment but I feel although I was there too long which makes me feel as though you are under staffed.

When anyone asks, service advisor Raymond needs a vacation. He doesn’t shoe his customers any respect. Acts like I have no where else to take my vehicle to be serviced. I won’t be back ! Please adjust his attitude, he is costing you business! Darren M

Keep my car over night and still didn’t fix the problem they told me they was going to call me they was going to call me when a mechanic comes in and never got a call still waiting it been 2 weeks still waiting on the call this Toyota is unprofessional and do not get the work done
