When anyone asks, service advisor Raymond needs a vacation. He doesn’t shoe his customers any respect. Acts like I have no where else to take my vehicle to be serviced. I won’t be back ! Please adjust his attitude, he is costing you business!

Keep my car over night and still didn’t fix the problem they told me they was going to call me they was going to call me when a mechanic comes in and never got a call still waiting it been 2 weeks still waiting on the call this Toyota is unprofessional and do not get the work done
All staff members were very professional, patient and kind , Dewight, Ray and Willie are remarkable. The staff member that replaced my battery was also professional I didn’t get his name . Job well done.

They were able to fit me in when I didn’t have an appointment scheduled which helped out tremendously, considering I’m rarely here to make a scheduled appointment. My service advisor told really good care of me, but the scheduler, I’d like to give a special thanks to her for fitting me into the daily work schedule. Thank you.
I arrived for my first service, a tire rotation. Vehicle purchased 7/4/2025. The sleeve holding the gear shift was not properly connected at that time. I mentioned this when I checked in today . The tech brought out the paperwork for the tire rotation and mentioned the sleeve again. He put the car back in to have this assessed. I sat there for at least another hour or longer. I finally went in and asked Guillermo if my vehicle was ready. He told me that he was waiting for a price. My car is under warranty. This was unsatisfactory. I did not leave until after 3pm

They are terrible at communication and they did not inform me that the car will not be repaired unless I pay, I called a week later and they said I went to make the payment, then they started to do it and they were late in ordering the parts, so it has been two months and my car is still under repair. The insurance gave me a car but the one-month quota was full, then I had to rent a car from Toyota and now I have to pay the rental fee every day because they are late in repairing my car and they did not tell me when the car will be repaired.
I have called numerous times even went to the Toyota place in the East and still was not helped. I’m so disappointed in my experience.
Raymond was great and really customer-focused. Appreciate him a lot.
