It took multiple visits to repair my car and each visit was at least 6 hrs long - way too long!
I was very disappointed to find the entire Service Department personnel have changed. Customers enjoy familiar staff whom we can trust and have developed a trusting relationship. I found today’s service visit very disheartening. This makes customers think something wrong is going. I have been a customer for a faithful customer for 24 years and I’m not comfortable with what I saw today. There’s no relationship/trust.
I brought my truck in before 8am today and explained my concerns to the service manager. He advised me on the possible course of action. I was given a ride after being told it might take 2-3 hours. After waiting for approximately 6hrs, I texted the sent me in order to check the status and I didn't get a response so called shortly after left a message and didn't get an answer. After waiting until 4pm I returned to Toyota of New Orleans only be told that they couldn't duplicate the problem. Unacceptable
He was so patient and polite. Very professional. You are lucky to have such a dedicated employee!

It took too long for my vehicle to be serviced and no one notified me when they were done servicing it. I had to ask a Toyota team member about my vehicle because I noticed it parked in the parking lot seemingly done. I had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change despite already having an appointment. Very disappointing.
When I drove in to Toyota, the person told me he will take care of my car. I left the keys in the car, he did not give me a ticket. Therefore , my car stood in the spot I park at over 1 hour. I could not believe my car had not been move for service. Mr. Charlie notice how long I was sitting in the waiting room, help me to get some service. Mr. Charlie was very helpful. I never experienced a long wait period there before. I understood they may had been a shortage in the technician. It was not an excuse for my car not getting service over 1 hour after being there.
I had an appointment for an oil change at 7:30 am. I arrived at 7:20 am. My car wasn’t finished until approximately 1:15 pm. I must admit, while there, they sent me a text message stating my tire needs to be rotated and it was time for my multipoint inspection. I texted stating they can complete those services, but remember, I have the oil change package so don’t charge me for the oil change. Later, when reviewing my receipt, I noticed they charged for the oil change. Despite how much you may be in a hurry to get somewhere, thoroughly review your receipt before leaving. Now, I have to go back to the service department tomorrow to request a refund.
Everything went well. They corrected a mistake and Guillermo got me in right away. When I received an oil change,someone put on an incorrect gasket causing a leak.
I don't think that he is focused.
