I was originally charged $180 for an oil change and a tire rotation. I questioned the fee and was somehow told oil changes are now $100. But if that was the case then that would mean the tire rotation was $80. I asked how when I gave him my coupon for an oil change which was 29.99 and I assumed the rotation would be another $20-30. I ended up paying $73 at the end of the day but if I had not questioned it then I would’ve been overcharged. I was also waiting for them to call me when my car was ready because I could see my car waiting in the lot with all of the cars for sale for 30+ minutes. I had to stand at the counter for 10minutes before someone asked me if I needed help. I had to tell them my car was ready. It’s a shame. Will not be returning to get my car serviced at this location ever again.

I was very furious because I came in for oil change and tire rotation. I paid expecting I got my service done to my car. When I get home I noticed my tires weren’t rotated like I requested and paid for. I call service and talked to Guillermo and told him what happened. He talked to the technician which admitted to not rotating the tires because he overlooked on the work order. I made plans to come back next week but it’s an inconvenience because I have a tight schedule. All this should have been done at the time of service.

Mr. Phillips is very patient and extremely polite! I’m grateful for Mr. Klebert also as when Guillermo asked him to service my truck, he did it willingly with no hesitation, while another service man was asked first and he literally ran away.
I was given a service I didn't need. I was scheduled to get tires because of a recall which I didn't received and it was disappointing. My concern is I'm not understanding why they completed a service on my old tires(tire rotations ) when in a week the service guy said my new tires would be in on Wednesday. The service guy agreed with me but said I need to speak to the manager. Mr. Carlos to express my concerns about this matter.
I am pleased with the service I received. My only complaint is that I received a text letting me know service was completed. I waited 20 minutes for someone to bring my keys and the invoice to pay and no one did. I had to ask and was told my key hadn't been brought up yet. When I pressed the issue, then he looked in the bin and saw my key sitting there. Raymond wasn't there at the time so this wasn't on him.

I had a 10 am appointment. The service wasn’t completed for 2 hrs and I was told the only thing I needed was a tire rotation. It was over an hour before they even looked at my car based on the Toyota multimedia notification on my phone. What’s the point of an appointment?
Also, Guillermo was not the technician for today. He was for my last appointment. This technician did not introduce himself.

I was impressed with the service and respect I received. Mr. Phillips kept me informed about the service my vehicle was receiving. When I arrived I was greeted and my car looked like a brand new car that had just arrived off the showroom floor. I could not have asked for better quality and service.

All the service employees were so busy on the phone. I waited 15 minutes in my vehicle before someone came to ask me if I had an appointment. Everyone, that I came in contact with that day was very dry with they response
