After dropping off my car I ran into Anthony Pierre who was kind enough to give me a quick test drive of your new all electric BZ4X. I really love the car but have serious concerns about it’s actual range. If I can sell my vintage Z3 for a great price and get a good offer for the BZ I “might” reconsider. I’ll call Tony.

First,I had to wait 3 hrs for a tire change, 2nd I was told by Cassidy that they would not fix a scratch on my hood, I had to take it to a body shop myself. At this point I had to talk to Peyton to check my coverage whereby he informed her I did have & he informed me that it was covered.it. Last but not least she sent me to Rim Pros to have a different rim repaired and somehow the insurance paid Toyota for the claim so they had to sort that out.

The service representative was friendly and kept apologizing for the 7 1/2 hrs it took for my routine maintenance and tire service to be completed next time I know to drop my vehicle off for service and come back and get it when it’s done

The binders that had the car’s manual and insurance registration information was removed from the glove compartment and tossed onto the passenger seat like someone was digging for something in the car. If the tech or service advisor needed information about the car I would have gladly provided that. There was no need for this
