Sidney the receptionist who answered the phone, answered my questions multiple times and even called me for an update was very kind, listened and put my mind at ease. Willie also was great! I felt, he was honest and upfront informing us what our options we were facing. My husband and I really appreciated that. He informed us of all the scenarios and we prayed for the best outcome which came through for us. We can not say enough good things about Toyota at New Orleans!
