Still waiting for the updated status of my tire!!!
I wish that it had taken less than six days to resolve getting me a new tire. I know there was an issue with verifying the warranty but also I wish I’d been called the moment my tire was ready. I called a few times on Monday (1/20/25 [thank you for being open on a holiday, by the way]) and was disconnected a couple of times.
I do want to shout out Willie for being personable and explaining what the particular challenges were. And also Angie for pleasantly greeting me last week when I first came in and having a voice of encouragement when I spoke to her on the phone and in person. She was the highlight of my visit for sure.

I will contacting the service center first thing Monday morning 1/20/25. My Toyota Sienna went in for a recall (on Friday 1/17/19) and the problem wasn’t correct or matter were made worst. The airbag light is turn off for passenger side. The seatbelt light stays one after seatbelt have been put on and the loud chime noise continues for 5-10 even after seatbelt have been engaged and while driving (never had this problem when the van was dropped off).
Ray was great to work with when I brought in my truck to be serviced!
General comment: Well received all the way from the counter. Time taken for service was good. Didn't wait for long.
I really appreciate it not taking up my whole day. Like it was in the pass. And Ms. Angie had a real good attitude. She took her time and explained things to you. For you to understand.

Mr. Ray is the best person working there. I feel like he’s trustworthy and extremely communicative and responsive. He was swift in assessing my car and helped me with communicating with the appraiser and insurance for pick up of my vehicle when it was determined to be a total loss. I cannot say enough about how Mr. Ray went out of his way to be kind to me during this process and to put me at ease throughout the process.
Yes, I was very pleased with the service and enjoy dealing with Ray even washed my truck this time highly satisfying and this is one of the reasons why I bought the tundra in New Orleans is closer easy to get to and great customer service and I can’t forget about mr. Youngblood, who sold me the vehicle. Looking forward to doing business with you all again thank you very much.
