I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. I sat for almost 3 hours to find out that my car had been parked in the front. I was never told that the vehicle was done. I had to go and inquire and upon doing so, I received a sarcastic answer. 3 hours for an oil change was ridiculous. I also asked about having the recalls done on the car. I was told someone would contact me about setting it up. I haven’t heard anything from anyone.
Ray is amazing. I am sure that everyone that walks through the Service Center door feels like they have a new caring family member. He has the ability to form instant connections and give customers confidence that he will take care of them and ensure they will be satisfied with their vehicle repair or service.

I cannot say that I was totally satisfied with today’s service. First of all, I booked an appointment in advance for 20k maintenance work on the Friday 2/10. Once I arrived, the service desk representative did not have any records of me making an appointment from a phone call. She asked if I booked it through an app. I did make an appointment through the app but had rescheduled it by phone for 1/14 due to personal issues. It took 2 hours for the service to be performed. Once I received my car, I noticed a rattling sound after accelerating. The gentleman, Willie, was able to determine that the shield that guards the oil container was not screwed in tightly. I was surprised because this should be discovered and corrected before releasing the vehicle to the customer. I don’t think that I will be returning after this visit.
The cost was outrageous.
I have taken my vehicle to Toyota for service every time I have a problem. Where are the discounts? And, no sticker was placed on my car, telling me when my next tune-up should be done.
Ray was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I will be pleased to work with him again to keep my 2014 Avalon running smoothly for years to come.

Had 10:00 appt. Was not greeted, did not get out until 2:15. I have bought 2 trucks from your dealership. I travel from Slidell to have my truck serviced. I am so annoyed by today’s experience that my thoughts are “never again”.’

I wasn’t completely satisfied because the paperwork that was shown to me had one cost and I was told it would be a different cost. I still feel like I paid more than I should have based on the cost of the paperwork that was handed to me to decide, but the work was done and I didn’t want to make a big fuss so I paid it and move along.
Appreciate prompt communication that parts had come in and able to schedule installation quickly. Appreciate effort to work with third party warranty company for the coverage! Wheels look great!
Easy to make an appointment online. Quick diagnosis of problem. Part is being shipped in from Houston and repair to come soon.
