Brent, Service Manager, does an awesome job. Always polite, professional and knowledgeable when you bring vehicle in for service. Neal and Shelia do good job making appointments and taking care of you when you are there. Wouldn't take my Toyota anywhere else to be serviced.

I took my 2023 Tacoma for a simple tire rotation. My appointment was at 12:15 It took two hours and fifteen minutes to complete. The two ladies that assisted us was very unfriendly. Will be going to Bristol Toyota from now on.

We have had our truck there twice in the past 6 months and although we did have a back brake issue that was resolved that’s not why we brought the truck in. On our way home we heard the noise that we brought it in for and according to your mechanics their is no issue.
