The people upfront are awesome. Sheila is very helpful. The only problem is every single time I’ve came in. It is over a two hour wait. Just for the car to be checked out to stay in warranty. Unfortunately this makes you not want to purchase from Ramey Toyota ever again as my dad is a mechanic and this usually only takes 30 minutes at other dealerships. There were over six people and there that had been waiting very long. And it wasn’t just one day it unfortunately is every single time I come in. It is over a two hour wait. It seems that they triple book an order to get more appointments, but the appointment should only take 30 minutes.

I came in October 15 to have my 4Runner checked out because the check engine, trac off and 4Lo lights had been coming on and that it beeped when putting vehicle in 4Low. I was told a transmission sensor needed replaced so the part was ordered and I came in on October 23 to have it fixed. After 2 hours I was told it was finished. I paid and got in my vehicle and tried to put it in 4Low just to make sure and it was still beeping. So I came back in and had them look at it again and then was told something else(actuator I think) now needs replaced. When I asked why they didn’t fix that I was told that they assumed replacing the transmission sensor would fix all of the problems. My big problem with that is that if they thought replacing the sensor would fix 4Low why didn’t they check to make sure it was fixed before telling me the vehicle was complete. Obviously they didn’t even check to see if 4Low was fixed. And I’m not happy that I’ve already paid $700 for a part to be replaced that did not fix the problem. And now I’m going to have to pay almost $900 more. I’m not happy with the service! Amy B

I feel that 4.5 hours to install 4 tires on my truck is excessive. I received a text that my truck would be ready at 11:30, 2 hours after my 9:30 appointment.
