I came in October 15 to have my 4Runner checked out because the check engine, trac off and 4Lo lights had been coming on and that it beeped when putting vehicle in 4Low. I was told a transmission sensor needed replaced so the part was ordered and I came in on October 23 to have it fixed. After 2 hours I was told it was finished. I paid and got in my vehicle and tried to put it in 4Low just to make sure and it was still beeping. So I came back in and had them look at it again and then was told something else(actuator I think) now needs replaced. When I asked why they didn’t fix that I was told that they assumed replacing the transmission sensor would fix all of the problems. My big problem with that is that if they thought replacing the sensor would fix 4Low why didn’t they check to make sure it was fixed before telling me the vehicle was complete. Obviously they didn’t even check to see if 4Low was fixed. And I’m not happy that I’ve already paid $700 for a part to be replaced that did not fix the problem. And now I’m going to have to pay almost $900 more. I’m not happy with the service!

I feel that 4.5 hours to install 4 tires on my truck is excessive. I received a text that my truck would be ready at 11:30, 2 hours after my 9:30 appointment.

Was a little longer than expected for a tire rotation and no happy with news received nearing need of new tires when tires were just purchased last year at this dealership and do not drive excess out of town trips. Tires should have lasted more than one year so not happy with this product

I was very satisfied with my service appointment today. They were very helpful and answered my questions. They were very polite and demonstrated professionalism in their performance.
Was quoted a price and a time frame both were what they promised except taxes. Was told air and cabin filters needed changed but was not pressured to replace, I can do that myself. Vehicle drove perfectly fine on the way home. Anything that I cant do myself I will bring here.
Took it for oil change and also told them my app quit working they said they reset and charged 137.00 to do that and didn’t go over that with me … the app still doesn’t work … I need a refund I’m done with Rameys
The people are great, but the price of parts are to high, especially for remanufactured part not a new one. I took my car to the dealer thinking I would get a new Toyota part but that is not what happened.
