The electronic system cannot be accessed in the building. I made an appointment, but it was apparently not recorded. They were able to complete my service, but it took longer than usual. The people working were very friendly and I am sure they did a good job as usual.
Sheila is a wonderful asset to Ramey Toyota. Very courteous, understanding, patient, compassionate, and helps customers to understand what services their vehicle needs, and making sure the customer realizes all of the different services Ramey offers. She is probably the reason some customers keep coming back to Ramey.
I was not completely satisfied. I had asked that the lane assist be turned off and it was not. Other than that, the staff was very pleasant, kind and attentive to my needs. It took the time that they told me it would and I was pleased with the service.

I was there for 2 hours which is about an hour longer than usual however I did not know that I was getting text messages at all. They really need to tell customers that. But everything service wise was fine. Thank you for your service.

Only problem was the length of time it took. Over 2 hours. Was never this long before. I like new system added features but not worth all of extra time it takes.
I was told my tires couldn’t be rotated because they couldn’t get off the lock nut. My husband said it came right off with our tool. I should have told them to use mine.
Appt was 1:30. I walked out at 4;05. The car was parked behind a larger car and i couldn’t see it. I asked the mechanics in the garage (bay door was open) to help me find it, they shut the door in my face. My daughter and I found it by walking around the lot hitting the lock button on the key fob. I think my car is ready to be serviced by local garage.
I just feel like the customer service has been lacking throughout the last year, and I feel if we focused less on upselling and more on folllwing through with expectations already set, customers would have a much better experience.
Service was good and pleased with all that was done.
The person who reinstalled my center caps used a hammer and dented all 4 center caps. This is the second time this has happened. My wife picked up the vehicle and of course didn’t check them before she left. I will need to speak to the service manager as soon as possible. I know it is after hours on Friday and the service dept it probably closed Monday for the holiday. I would like the service manager to please call me Tuesday morning on my cell ****-****-xxxx. Thank you.
