The incorrect transmission fluid was installed in my Challenger **** Pack after service. My car calls for a specific fluid for my particular model. I ended up having to return the car to immediately have the correct fluid installed. I feel that I should have been informed that a universal aftermarket would be used to which I would have declined and insisted that the right fluid for my specific vehicle be used. The owners manual clearly states to use only ATF+4, and no substitute. Consequently, it cost me extra time and over twice what I paid after the first service. It appeared that I was inconveniencing the service department by requesting that the job be done right.

This was my first visit to your dealership. Jordan Doup was helpful and accommodating. I asked him about getting an oil change after my recall service was performed. Everything was done and I was on my way in no more than an hour. I will definitely return for future oil changes and service. Thank you

I really like your service department. Sometimes I can come in with an expected problem all to learn it's nothing. Also it can be something minor to major. Always there when I needed you. And depending on the situation not always a charge. Thank you
