My car coded for a thermostat and the replaced a sensor and I and I have piss warm heat. So my car is still not fixed and I paid for the wrong part to be replaced.

Well as I emailed while on my way home last night my jeep had a death wobble when I crossed the bridge joints and I was scared to death I was going to wreck. So today my boyfriend checked it out after we spoke to Mason and there were four loose lug nuts two on front passenger side wheel one on the drivers side front and one on the passenger side rear wheel this is not good !!! I am just hoping that is truly what the issue was.

I was upset that it took over 1 1/2 hrs for a simple oil change. You knew it was a Volkswagen when I made the appointment, why wasn't the parts on hand? And no one told me that there would be a delay.
