They forced me to replace replace one license plate bulb. I had the same thing happen at a previous inspection at your dealership and the mechanic said that one bulb allows him to pass the vehicle. I still havebthebother bulb at home from the 2-pack I bought the first time. I showed the head inspection mechanic the state law online, but he refused to even listen. I am VERY dissatisfied! I would like the cost of the bulb and installation cost refunded to me. Please call me to let me know when the full amount will be credited to my credit card. Mike Kestner ****-****-xxxx

The person I was assigned to was friendly but condescending at the same time.... Not a good representation of your establishment. I watched her treat several customers this way. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. I won't be coming back.
