I get 1 day off a week. I schedule my service when contacted and when i get here yhey dony even have me on yhe schedule yet ibhave 3 emails reminding me if my service. Now im here for longer yhan i should be. 5th car ourchased here and honestly it is mg last. Between service damaging my car car, my mothere being sexuallg harrassed by the parts employee (who was subsequently fired) and now this im going to go aomewhere else

I was on time for my 11:15 appt. After an hour, my truck was still parked in the parking lot. I got my keys and left. This service dept was SO much better when it was North Hills Toyota. Please sell it back to them bc you obviously don't know how to run a service department. And when I booked my appt, there were tons of open times today. How is that possible when you were obviously overbooked?
