I asked them to look at my fuel door because it was bent. They charged me $140 for the "diagnostic fee". That is horrendous that they would charge me this amount to open and close my fuel door. I have been getting service here since 2017. I will no longer be getting my services at a toyota dealer any longer. Also...my comments are directed towards Toyota, not my advisor. My advisor has always been great. But if toyota is going to charge me $140 to look at my fuel door then I will take my business elsewhere. I was also going to be the market for a new vehicle soon and Toyota has now lost a future customer in that regard as well.
Josh was very helpful in my decision to make repairs on my Prius V.
I felt comfortable working with him.
Now I think the dealer labor charges were high, but that’s out of his control.

Kate waited on my promptly told what was going to be done and approximate timeframe. Once I received the technician’s vehicle inpection report I knew nothing else needed to be addressed and I was shortly on my way home.
I don’t think 155 dollars is a fair amount for a tech to drive my vehicle around and find nothing wrong with it.
Samantha was professional, courteous, and kept me updated. She is exceptional.
Sam is the best service coordinator, and the shuttle driver was polite and offered great customer service.
Easy scheduling done online, requested work was completed in a timely manner, work appears to be done correctly, staff was helpful and nice. Would recommend and will go again.

Hello! When I got home, I realized the skid plate was in the back of my 4Runner. When Antonio and I discussed options, he said they would use zip ties to reattach the part that no longer has brackets attached. Can we get this reinstalled?

Only issue was the sales team said I was scheduled for service, however they never actual made the effort to schedule the service, so I drove in only to be turned away.
Kate was very friendly and helpful. The other service men that I have dealt with in the past have seemed to be not as friendly as her. She showed me pictures of the work that needed done too.
