Kate was very friendly and helpful. The other service men that I have dealt with in the past have seemed to be not as friendly as her. She showed me pictures of the work that needed done too.

Thanks for the speedy service! I liked the option to pay before I arrived. Would like to have an option to not print out the paperwork and just email it. Could have made the pickup slightly faster. Just a suggestion.
