I am extremely pleased with Kate. She is incredibly kind and takes the time to thoroughly explain the service I will be receiving.

When my car was pulled up to leave, it was the only one not washed and the glove box was disassembled and laying on my passenger seat floor mat (which was extremely dirty and salted due to the weather). There was no floor cover on my passenger side, which should be protocol if brand new, clean parts are going to be laying there. I noticed right away my car was still dirty and asked the gentlemen that was closest to me if he could wash my car before I left. He went out of his way to do it and pointed out that they didn’t reassemble my glove box and had another service man do it for me. Overall I was disappointed with the lack of care and attention to detail with my vehicle, but the man that drove my car through the car wash made up for it. He was super attentive and honest and made sure I left happy. My glove box was white from the salt on my floor mat though and it needed to be wiped down when I returned home.
