I drove away and the very next day it said I need to check my oil level. They want me to bring the car back in. I don’t have time to do this during the week-hence why I had an appointment on the weekend. If I am paying this much for an oil change then it needs to be done properly the first time.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding the extremely poor service I recently experienced at VW corona Not only was the service unacceptably slow and inefficient, but the staff’s attitude was also highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
On Tuesday 2/24/2025 I encountered rudeness, lack of assistance, failure to resolve an issue. Despite my attempts to address the matter politely, I was met with like indifference, dismissive behavior, and outright rudeness]. This is entirely unacceptable and far below the standards I expect from Trey .
