I drove away and the very next day it said I need to check my oil level. They want me to bring the car back in. I don’t have time to do this during the week-hence why I had an appointment on the weekend. If I am paying this much for an oil change then it needs to be done properly the first time.

Unclear communication, longer wait time (for just an oil change), and uncomfortable waiting lobby. Price has also doubled since initial vehicle purchase.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding the extremely poor service I recently experienced at VW corona Not only was the service unacceptably slow and inefficient, but the staff’s attitude was also highly unprofessional and disrespectful. On Tuesday 2/24/2025 I encountered rudeness, lack of assistance, failure to resolve an issue. Despite my attempts to address the matter politely, I was met with like indifference, dismissive behavior, and outright rudeness]. This is entirely unacceptable and far below the standards I expect from Trey .
