I get nonstop texts and emails to get this recall scheduled. I even arranged to be picked up by a friend on a Saturday morning. I make it to my appointment only to be told we can't help you today because the part is not available. What a joke!

Great customer service! Was really impressed with the technician’s video vehicle check when my vehicle was up on the rack! That’s a first for me to actually see my vehicle’s under carriage while the technician explains it and shows everything and if it needs attention!
