Bailey was fantastic to worth with. Very polite & honest.. which is unfortunately rare these days in the service departments surrounding me. He has been our go-to advisor for quite some time now. When problems arise, I’ll be glad to have an advisor like Mr. Sicklesteel to help me through the process.
Though the service is "free" we still have to pay for tire rotation to the likes of $46.00. That's like fix four flats pricing. Anyways, overall service was good. Customer reps were good.

The service employee that helped was excellent! The price of the brakes and roters was ridiculous. Even when I had the bmws I never paid so much for brakes. The price to get it done was absurd

This was the worst costumer service I have ever had ! They had my EV for six hours and didn’t do anything that was promised …they didn’t wash or charge the car. I asked why it wasn’t washed and he said because he was charging it which was a lie!!!! It wasn’t charged …I will never bring my vehicle back there !

Bailey was great. He took care of business in a professional manner. He explained things and was great. But the receptionist was rude and acted very mad for having to be there. She was annoyed by any questions and was just plan grumpy. She also was on hold fir a very long time and had the call blaring on speaker.
Bailey Sicklesteel was very helpful in understanding my questions and concerns regarding my 2023 Volkswagen Golf GTI 40th Anniversary Edition. He was able to answer all the questions and concerns I had for my car. I stopped by CardinaleWay Volkswagen Corona at 10:02 AM on Wednesday 20 November 2024, and I was done at the dealership by 12:47 PM the same day.
Bailey was really good and sweet , made sure he didn’t waste my time there and was on top of letting me know progress on my vehicle. I appreciate that he had my car done prior to the time promised because he knew I was waiting. My entire experience there was horrible with everyone else including Paige the manager but thankfully Bailey was able to handle everything for me.
Service representative Trent was very helpful and courteous. He also took a extra mile to find and fix a noise in the back of my Volkswagen.
