Iam very disappointed on the service I received. I took my car like 2 months ago because the engine light was on and they did some work on my car, I paid almost $2,000 so they could fix the problem but apparently they didn’t, so I talked to Bailey, hoping to get an answer about the problem in my car that wasn’t fixed and he still wanted to charge me $2,000 more when they should have known in the beginning what was wrong with my car and I wasn’t told. So I feel he lied to me and I didnt trust you guys with my car after what happened.

Good service advisor, he was very professional. The only thing I was not pleased with was it was a very long wait for simple Oil Chang service when there was no one else waiting for service. Cardinal VW should have a dedicated service technicians who could perform simple Oil change service in more expeditiously. In less than an hour. It took almost took 2 hours and had to follow up couple times to see if set was completed. There are other dealership with other makes get you out in less than hour, and with bigger turnovers are able to accommodate more happy service customers.

I went in because my engine check light came on and was presented with a shopping list of repairs all but one of which were clearly unrelated to the engine check light! Discovered this morning when my wife got in the passenger side and found the cabin air filter base on the floor, that the filter had been removed. This was one of the items included in the shopping list.
Charging $250 for diagnostics and then presenting a shopping list of repairs that can offset this charge is deceitful.
I won’t be back!
