He doesn’t scold me or isn’t rude because I go in without an appointment. He also ensures that I get to work and sends the shuttle to pick me up at work. He is an amazing employee!!

I didn’t receive a courtesy wash & the alignment report was not offered. I like to know how bad the alignment was and how much it was adjusted. I will ask for that next time.
