Octavio was helpful and attentive but once I received my car and a day later I realized I did not have the back floor mats and called the dealership right away and they said they did not have them. That was the only place my car had been taken to and I was very disappointed when they said they don't have them because where else could they be???

On 11/23/2024. I took my car in for service. I was being told my car needed additional maintenance. I looked at my records when I got home and found that all the additional services you wanted me to do had recently been done on the car. For example the coolant flush and induction service were just done on 6/15/2024. If Acura is trying to sell me stuff I don’t need and take advantage of me (a loyal customer) I will take my car to get serviced elsewhere.

Julian was very attentive and took care of the service my Audi needed. My concern is the TECH did not clear the INSPECTION DUE notice on the car. Please advise as to how I can clear this.
