Recall service performed along with transmission fluid change. Mechanics left battery cable terminal clams very loose resulting in several stall outs and none start issues.

Went in for scheduled oil change and a problem with windshield washer and steering column. Only oil change was performed. Parts are ordered for other problems. Visit took 2 hours. 2 hours for an oil change is pretty excessive.
