Horrible customer service. Arturo took over 2.5 hours to return my phone call. I was told car would be ready in 30 minutes by another representative when technicians had not even started on my car. Dropped off car at 10:30 and it was not ready till 5 hours later, ridiculous. I avoided buying my car from Fox Lexus and now I will avoid ever coming to its service department again. Taking my business elsewhere to avoid dealing with this incompetent business.

I prepaid a part since October of last year and I’m still waiting for the part to get here and for the dealership to install it it’s a safety issue for a vehicle that my daughter drives. I believe the part has been ordered more than once and I’m yet to receive an appointment for an install.
