I took my car with the same problem about a month ago , and your team said everything was good, then it failed again a couple of times, I took it to Autozone and they checked the battery and said the battery was bad, then your team replaced the battery, now everything is working good.

Janeth was great! Serivice was a little slow but i understand I didn’t have an appointment. When my vehicle was ready they left the passenger side window open and there was a really bad sandstorm going on… so my car was full of dirt!! They first apologized for not washing the car due to the storm, but it was ok to leave my window open! Lack of attention to detail.

Avelina is what made this last experience worth coming back. Just dissatisfied with setting an appointment and having to wait half an hour to get helped and quoted about a 2 hour wait for an oil change and air filter. Avelina made the process a little faster so I was grateful for her service but the other aspects were disappointing
