- Dropped off Tacoma at 9:30am. Completed 6 hours later. - Took almost 30 minutes to pay for Service. Rep in the next office saw that I was not happy and assisted myself to pick up vehicle. - Service Rep asked me at drop off if I wanted a courtesy wash. That was not executed even after paying $858.90 in repairs. - I purchased my Tacoma at **** Poe, but for convenience, brought my Truck to Hoy Fox. After this unforgettable day, won’t do that again. I’ll try **** Poe again!
