Jose was very easy to relay my thoughts to regarding my vehicle without feeling belittled or rushed. I also did not feel the pressure of getting maintenance work done. I received a form on things that should be of concern regarding my vehicle but no pressure to spend extra money. He was very attentive and had really good courtesy.

No need to contact me, just a recommendation for future reference. If the technician is going to recommend a service on my vehicle. It would be good to ask the customer if they would like to get it done before they return there vehicle and leave.

Please let Gabriel know, he needs to work so on his customer service. Arguing with someone about paperwork isn't okay. Once he realized he was I'm the wrong, that's when he started being nice. Then I left the service department I went to get gas and found out my gas cap clip was broken and my hood was still open.... I ended going to the Toyota on Montana for service instead.
