I was told it would be a couple of hours to do the job and it took over 4. They never updated me on what was the delay. The service attendant told be he would give me a free detail for waiting yet gave no coupon or any other way to honor that. Very disappointed

Appreciate the loaner service - GV 80 sweet! Have heard some continued steering noise this morning and will continue to monitor/report to Genesis of Selma as needed. Believe the steering joint was re-lubed however the noise remained. As stated, I will contact service if this continues. Wish my system (Apple CarPlay settings and link to my phone) was back to normal. It did not connect and only is using Bluetooth at this point. I did reboot (MAP/SETUP) but no change yet. Overall - good but wish this noise in steering issue is resolved soon. Paul R

Bryan did a great job. He took the time to look what I had in my portfolio and recognized I had purchase carefree maintenance and other amenities. Rather than me tell him or me being charge for something that should have been covered. Which has happened in the past. I appreciate his work ethic and how friendly he is. Great job Bryan.

Short notice call to get the oil changed and tires rotated on my car today. Thankfully I was able to get it done prior to another upcoming trip. Quick and friendly services once again. Brian was helpful when I asked what my next big services to enable me to make plans.

I dropped off my car at 8 in the morning for a simple fix of my horn, nobody communicated properly on how long it would take. The only time we were told something was when I asked about the car we didn’t leave till 1:30 in the afternoon when I had errands to run around at that time. When my car was done nobody let me know till I went and asked. Please do better.

Service writer failed to keep good communication. I had to call him constantly. The dealership has a policy that they won't accept a credit card payment from the warranty company because of the credit card fees. This delayed my car being ready for another 13 days. The lack of urgency and trying to think outside the box is lacking to the point of being ludicrous. Talking to the service manager didn't help. No desire to provide good customer service was ever demonstrated. Absolutely substandard experience.

I have had two experiences with the service team and when you get there, don’t acknowledge don’t say good morning. Don’t today’s gonna be a minute just kind of blow you off. I was just there Saturday when I purchased my wife’s card over a month ago. I took my other card in there for you guys. I took my car in there and they didn’t even take a look at my car till about 10 minutes till 5 o’clock. They had my credit all day and I forgot about my car. They took it in and said they had to do a test because it was burning oil I took it in Friday when I first got there the guy didn’t again when I got there you a figure out that’s what Tessa had to have done in the motor took it and it all day. I’m when I went back to check on it. when I went back to check on it the maintenance supervisor was there irritated with the supervisor from the service department because no one told him that it was scheduled to be a test run so I spent three hours of my day four days there this morning morning, and my car didn’t get up. You guys have a real problem going on with her department.
