My appointment was at 9:45am. The advisor said my vehicle would be ready around 11:30am because they close at noon. I didn’t get car until 12:30pm. I saw other vehicles come and go in that time. I believe this service took too long and was a waist of my time.

They couldn't figure out what the problem was and we were ther 6 hours n we had not even had breakfast or lunch and my wife is a quadriplegic and I wating for a call back to take it to a chevy dealer and so I called back left a message to a to one the the workers at the service department so I can take my truck back to figure out what is wrong with it i understand there really busy so I get it just want to resolve the problem with my truck I luv my truck just want it it fixed don't want to damage it more
