Giovanni so far is the best and I do mean the best advisor/employee that Ford has. He listens and he was very pleasant. He gave me options and that’s something no one at Ford has done since 2022.

Service advisory had very little knowledge on Battery recall stating Ford has no solution to solving the recall battery.Had to pay full price for new battery the manufacturer battery has a recall. Please refund for battery and find a solution so new battery would not have same problem

I left the vehicle for 2 weeks to have a part replaced and the part didn't come in. Then I brought my vehicle back when the part came in on Tuesday and by late Thursday I was told it needed another part. I was never offered a loaner. I had also given instructions for the 10,000 mile service to be conducted and it was not done. The rep tried to blame the technician. I was very disappointed in my new Explorer having a problem then disappointed in the service situation.
