I came in at 7 o’clock this morning. I did not have an appointment I asked was that OK? The guy told me that since I have an electric car that the maintenance would not take that long. All it is is tire rotation, and check my battery and I end up staying till 1039 and still did not get my car looked at. I kept checking on my car. They kept telling me that two people was ahead of me and when I asked them to check my car the last time and if they still haven’t touched my car to bring it to me, they did not. I had to go back out there and ask them to please bring me my car so today I didn’t get any service. I sat there for 3 to 4 hours just to have my tires rotated and the check my battery I drive Mach E Mustang. I do understand that I didn’t have an appointment in the y’all are extremely busy, but if y’all were that busy, I feel like you should’ve came back and told me that my wait time will be 3 to 4 hours and give me that option. I was told that it wouldn’t take long and yes, we’ll see you

The professional and courteous service that I receive from Mr Bencini is second to none he is always helpful and answers my questions concerning my vehicle and keeps me updated as to the status of the service on my vehicle
They stole my property inside my vehicle that was a bad expenses with this dealer i won’t recommend no one to go there not even for a oil change

The car sounds worst now than when I bought it in . I spent 2000 dollars on repairs and the car is still making a ticking noise car has no break fluid it and I am sure they told me it needed it does not look like the tires were rotated cause one of them had nail in it and it is in the same place . I am really not sure what was diagnosed because they surely did t diagnose this loud noise when you crank it up. Not satisfied at all.

India was very friendly and polite. She squeezed me in today and took care of getting my car serviced. She informed me along the way to the progress and advised me on my issues with my brakes. So, everything is doing fine, but she told me to let her know if I have any issues in the future to contact her. I appreciate the great service.
