Moses Lexus Auto Repair Service

Set up for service was easy and friendly. Drop off of the loaner and pick up of my vehicle was easy. I received a video and phone call on the same day detailing the work to be performed and that parts had to be ordered. This was professional and friendly. At day four when asked to value my vehicle for trade in value was told they didn’t have my car and could not locate it. I had to pin my car via the Lexus app and a few hours later they called to say they found it. Later that evening a voice mail was received from the salesperson who valued my car where he accidently dialed my number and recorded himself talking to another associate using the f word multiple times. When my car was returned to me I found the valet sitting in my car vaping. What started out as a good experience turned into an unfortunate series of unprofessional events.

The service was prompt and accommodated me in the last minute call because I was having trouble with the car problem was fixed same day. The shuttle service was very helpful to the person that took my car and brought my car back. I appreciate the service and I love Lexie service and this is my six Lexxus car over the years
