Simple and convenient process!
Bought my Lexus in California. Moved back home. First time using Moses for my purchased service contract. It went very smoothly. Travis was great and answered my questions with a great attitude. I would recommend!

R/O #: 8050817/1. When we got the car, it only had one key fob. They said they would order an extra one. When following-up, one had not been order but they said when I brought the car in for service they would have one. When we picked up car, the new key fob did not have the emergency key blade. Considering the emergency key blade is an integral part of the key fob why the response would be that I had to order it but they would look into it. Still do not know who should be ordering the emergency key blade or if one was ordered by Moses.

Travis was doing his job in a professional and courteous manner until I looked up to answer a question and he was spitting a tobacco product into a cup. I found this behavior to be disgusting. I have never experienced anything like this in my 20 some years of dealing with the Lexus service department. I certainly hope this behavior will not continue.
The man at the service counter was very nice. However, the person who changed the oil/rotated the tires didn’t reset the maintenance light. I made it to Barboursville before I realized it was still on. The girl who answered the phone when I called was very rude. She stated there was only one person working in service, nobody was available to tell me how to reset it. My options were to drive back to St Albans or wait until the next business day when someone could call and tell me how to reset the light. I was trying to confirm that my oil had been changed and the light just wasn’t reset, she put me on hold in the middle of my sentence. She returned to the line to say the oil was changed. I went to YouTube to learn to reset the light since nobody at the dealership could tell me how to do their job. Aside from the gentleman at the service desk, the customer service was terrible! The girl that answered the phone is bad for your business!
