I was not informed that the “water/sunroof” guy didn’t have a specific time of day he’d be there to check my leak. Was not told in advance I’d have to wait on him. I specifically said I’d be staying with my car on service day when asked.

Tyler worked out a walk-in situation with me and an unexpected dead battery. By the end of the day me and my Camry were back on the road! I really appreciated what he did to get me taken care of. And a shout out to the mechanics in the back of the house! Thank you!

Walked in service department at 4:50 and the place was empty. I had to approach a young man who was a little rude. I noticed on the video that the tech mentioned airing my tire to 36Psi I simply ask why, and was told it only would have been done by request, I didn’t request it…. Not sure about the quality of work or honestly I have received. Also, I was suppose to get a call today about the tires being over inflated and I never did.(par for the course I guess) Never did see my advisor, so who knows how they done.

I was treated well. Everyone was polite and the service completed quickly. The IT technician could not fix my issue with the messages coming through on the radio. He did try very hard. He helped but could not get it back to how it had performed previously.
