When I picked my Highlander up the seats were leaned back like someone had been napping in them. There was grease and oil all over the door handles as well as the engine bay down the side. When I mentioned it to one of the maintenance people they rolled their eyes and ignored me. Will not be back to this location.

Taylor was great. I am not fond of having to respond to texts while my vehicle is in service. I am working in your lobby on my own work. It is distracting. I prefer personal conversation rather than tracking another set of messages while I am present for necessary conversation. Thank you.
