St Albans Toyota is amazing. I was so happy with my purchase experience, that I decided to do my maintenance here. I am 15 minutes from another Toyota dealership and drove 47 minutes to St Albans. The staff was so polite and helpful. I will continue going to St Albans for my vehicle needs.

I could have not had a better person over my repairs and keeping me informed about my suv then Gary Walker , he was absolutely amazing!!! He kept me informed of everything going on with my repair, and when I massaged him he answered me quickly. I appreciate all that he done for me . Made me feel like I really had someone that was very honest with me . That meant so much to me . I hope I get Gary if I ever have any problems again. Made me feel at ease. Thank you Gary for all you done for me .
I had an alignment done and I wanted the colored sheet that showed the adjustment made and the person handling the payment refused to give it to me.

Friendly and fast service
I had multiple air filters replaced and when I got in my car a little while after I got home, I startle the car again and there is a loud roaring noise whenever I turn the air up past 1.
Gary is the best! I have four Toyota’s, and have been bringing them to this dealership for 14 years(back when it was Love Lexus Toyota). I trust Gary to make sure my vehicles are taken care of.

I wonder if Tyler is confused about his role in customer satisfaction…. After the man at the reception desk checked me in, he said that T would be my service advisor. But T was talking to a mechanic just then, so make myself comfortable in the waiting room. T did not make any personal connection with me during my wait time. I got texts and reports but not a word from T. Then I could see my car in the reception area and a mechanic brought a paper out to T empty desk. I sat and waited. T appeared at his station, looked at those papers and wandered out to the parking lot, soon out of sight. I stepped out of the waiting room and asked the woman at the nearby station if my car was ready to go. Another man said T was working on my papers…. I said “he is not! He’s out there on the parking lot” The woman checked me out and got my signature on the report. T strode back in and never said a word to me. He’s young and inexperienced, i presume. But the kind of ignorance can lose customers for Moses. I love my car and I’ll be back. But T needs to shape up and quit acting irresponsibly !
