I trust very few people in general in life and even less concerning my vehicles, I think you have some very conscinentious people working in your service Dept. they all were prompt and courteous and clean cut and I don’t see that much now days, thanks for a good job well done. And please thank William McCormick for helping me purchase the new 4-Runner we love it, fit are needs in a vec perfect.

The customer service rep was very good and helpful. My vehicle service was for a state inspection. My passenger side rear tire was low when I came in for service. It has a bad valve. I did not put air in the tire because I thought it would be checked and inflated during service. This did not happen even though the vehicle inspection report said everything was correct. This is the third time this has happened to me for this vehicle. The inspection report indicates things are ok but it is evident no one was paying attention and incorrect data was listed in my sheet. I did not see this issue until I had left the facility or I would have mentioned this at that time and asked for someone to inflate the tire. Also you may want to remind inspectors that if they put everything is ok on a vehicle inspection that they should make sure it actually is for everyone’s protection.
